You’ve been told over and over again by doctors that you need to add fitness back into your life. In some cases that’s not sensible but in others it can really help fight against deconditioning.

It can be really hard to find safe, pacing friendly ways to add fitness back in. It’s hard to know where to start and you don’t want to cause a flare.
