Shipping Region

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is currently paused due to tariff issues.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders over £50
  • Shipping for orders under £50 is charged by weight starting at £4.50
  • No hidden fees—the price you see is the final price paid at checkout

Order Processing Time UK

  • Order cut-off time: 10:00am (UK time)
  • Processing time: Orders placed by 10:00 on a working day will be processed and shipped the same day
  • Orders placed after 10:00 on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday)

Estimated Delivery Time UK 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days after dispatch
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery time: 1–5 working days
  • All orders are dispatched at the same time regardless of service chosen. Royal Mail controls delivery speed once your order leaves our warehouse, and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, Royal Mail delays, or bank holidays)

Order Tracking

  • tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped
  • You can track your order directly through Royal Mail using the tracking link provided

Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day
  • To change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders can not be cancelled once shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Not Your Grandma’s is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Not Your Grandma’s is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
