That often, you feel left out of brands and that you don’t get the benefit of compression because they don’t cater to you.

More than anything Not Your Grandma’s is a community. You all have a voice and deserve to be heard.

You’ve been asking for plus sizes for years, and honestly, I’ve wanted to offer them for just as long. The problem was finding a manufacturer who could actually deliver what you deserve. Most factories can only produce two generic sizes and call it “inclusive,” or they can do more sizes but only with seams that dig in and hurt. Others couldn’t match the quality standards of our current range.

NYG is all about bringing you the best compression socks, and I wasn’t about to compromise on quality just to check a box. It took five years to find the one factory with machines capable of making seamless socks in seven different sizes that meet our standards.

You’ve been part of this process the whole way – voting on the community-designed patterns and helping us develop this range. It exists because of your input and patience.

Update on Launch Timing

We originally planned to launch in August, but we’ve had to postpone due to the issue with a marketing company shutting off our ads. This delay isn’t about us choosing not to offer plus sizes – it’s about making sure we can launch properly without compromising on quality or support.

Just like we refused to compromise during development, we won’t compromise on doing a proper launch. The plus size range is still happening, and we’re working to get back on track as soon as possible.
